How long will delivery take?

All goods are dispatched from Maryland.  We aim to dispatch all goods within two working days.  Orders with a total weight of 13 oz or less are shipped using USPS First-class delivery this service delivers in 3 days or less.  Deliveries can sometimes take a little longer so please allow 10 working days for delivery.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If after 11 working days you still haven’t received your order please notify us and we’ll offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund.
